This newly renovated first floor apartment sleeps up to six people and has been tastefully decorated in Moroccan style with easy vehicle access and a well-equipped kitchen to give you a comfortable self-catering holiday. You will find a washing machine, micro-wave oven, kettle, Television with English film channels and dvd player. Gas hob with electric oven.

The property has a double-fronted southerly aspect looking directly out over the Atlantic with the waves crashing below. The light and spacious sitting-room has the sun and beautiful beach views. The dining area and kitchen have large arched windows with views over the sandy beach with its traditional blue painted fishing boats and beyond down the coast of Africa. The hallway leads to two bedrooms, one with en-suite shower-room/wc. and a twin bedroom. A second shower room/wc is off the entrance hall.

• Sitting Room: Two canapes (extra beds), coffee table, dining table for six, kitchen all with sea-views.
• Entertainment: TV, stereo system, CD, DVD, satellite or cable, radio
• Internet Access: wireless broadband, internet access
• Suitability: non smoking only, pets not allowed, children welcome
• Onsite Services: housekeeper optional.
• All bed linen is included and the beds made up for your arrival. Towels are for hire at £5.00 per set of one beach towel, one bath towel and hand towel.

For five/six people with 1/2 sleeping on the canapes please add £25 extra per person – towels are extra at £5 per set (Please ask)

SERVICE of 4%

Extra days rented will be charged on a pro-rata basis and for a period of less than 7 nights there will be a small additional cost of £20.00 to cover cleaning etc.

There is a 25% deposit (non-refundable) for the reservation and the balance to be paid 4 weeks in advance of your arrival.

Please note that we can only confirm your reservation on receipt of the deposit.

We normally expect our guests to arrive after 4pm and to leave before 10a.m. so that the cleaning and preparing can be done.
